Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with goods bought from www.kingdomgb.co.uk website, please return them to us within 14 days.

All products that are returned must match the following criteria for you to be eligible for a full refund.

• Must be returned within 14 days from the original date of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• All original product tags must be included
• All items must be returned unused and unwashed
• Include a correctly filled out returns form (one should be included in your parcel). Include your original shipping label so we can identify you.

Please follow these instructions fully, any deviation will result in delays to resolving your case and possible rejection of your return. if no invoice is enclosed we may be unable to locate your file and return will not be processed

***Please do not simply tape up the box, boxes returned like this will be considered damaged and the return will not be accepted****

If you believe you have been sent the incorrect item, please double check the full details of the listing, including the UK size/colour before returning the item to us. We are only able to reimburse postage costs or delivery charges where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong goods.

When will I get my refund?

When we receive your parcel we will inspect the item to ensure it matches up with our returns policy. Once your return has finished processing we will refund your money and email you confirming that we have received your return are have refunded you. Please allow a few days for funds to clear into your account.

Our processing times can vary depending on how busy we are.
