Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day and will arrive with you the day after, once again this is assuming no public holidays.
European and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail carrier and can take between 7-14 working days. There may be circumstances beyond Kingdom GB control which may lead to delays. Kingdom GB cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our carriers.
Note: We do not deliver to PO Box and BFPO addresses!
We use a tracked service for all orders, we make sure to supply you with your tracking number when we fulfill your order. If you do not have a tracking number in your fulfillment email then you can contact us for this information. Alternatively, your tracking number should be available under ‘Order history’ when you login to your Kingdom GB account.
If you have your tracking number you can simply use the courier’s website to find out where your item is. Alternatively, if your tracking number is 13 characters long and ends with ‘GB’ then you can use the Royal Mail Track and Trace website.
